- 1 tbsp Herbaila Kelp Powder
- 2 Scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
